Finger Lakes Girls trip

Where we stayed:

An Airbnb in Interlaken, NY

Our Airbnb was very cute and centrally located! We loved that we could get to either Seneca Lake or Cayuga Lake in no time. Also, it was close to a lot of falls and hikes. We wanted to go to Watkins Glens, about a 30 minute drive, but it was packed the weekend we stayed for a racing event. We ended up going to Taughannock Falls instead.

Golf at Seneca Falls Country Club

I would highly suggest arranging a designated driver. There aren't many Ubers or taxis in the Finger Lakes region. Also, there are a lot of guided tours you can sign up for!

This summer was very dry in Upstate NY, so Taughannock Falls was very small. Nevertheless, it was still beautiful and cool to see. We walked the 3 mile trail as well, which felt great after eating and drinking so much the night before!

I hope you enjoyed this little snippet of our girl's trip to the Finger Lakes region! There's so much to do and see here, so I can't wait to head back! I would love to visit this fall and see the leaves changing. Let me know if you visit and have any recommendations for me! :)
