things that have helped my mood & anxiety







This year has been one of the toughest years of my life, truly. If it weren't for the small changes and daily habits I've incorporated below, I don't know how I would be handling it. If you struggle with anxiety or depression, or you just feel moody often, try adding one of these things into your routine and see if it helps!

(*adding one at a time is probably most beneficial, as adding them all at once might be overwhelming :)

🌼 taking a women’s one a day vitamin with b-12

🌼 look up, around, and at your surroundings


The last one needs a little explaining I feel. I have noticed when I'm feeling anxious or irritable, I tend to keep my head down, try to ignore anyone and everything around me, and I just get in my own head even more. What has helped me is just looking up and around. I take a deep breath and then I realize everything isn’t what I'm thinking, everything isn’t as heavy or deep or big or scary.. it’s all okay and my anxiety is only temporary.
